The most frustrating experience with a trader I’ve ever had. I can’t comment on his work because he didn’t show up. Arranged 5 separate occasions for him to come and do the work and he didn’t show on any of them. First few times he texted with various reasons. Ok fine, I understand that things happen. Last couple of time he said he’d come he didn’t show and didn’t bother to let me know either. Just gave up in the end. Absolutely no way to treat people.

I have used Universal Window Repairs and Glazing to repair a window issue Nathan arrived on time completed the work in a professional manner, left no mess behind also excellent workmanship. I have used hundreds of trade people in the past, we have a property portfolio so always require trade people for various jobs. I only recommend people when I am 100% satisfied with the overall workmanship. The price charged for the work completed was fair. Very friendly approach. Attention to detail mindset. Nathan has over 20 years experience he is a registered surveyor also FENSA certified.
