Allan Whitehead1 StarUnfortunately, we are unable to comment on his work. He came measured up, said he couldn't Start until next week, we agreed we did not receive any estimate. Telephoned. and said no estimate had arrived, he apologised and sent it. We agreed the estimate, and asked him when he could start five to 6 weeks asked him to give us a start date. His reply was negative, he claimed the job he was doing good be extended, and I might be better off if I got someone else. We deducted from our dealings he should have been direct and said he did not want the job.Saturday 20th July 2019
