Contacted this company regarding a broken window we had. The new window kept on getting delayed, everytime I asked for an update. I was not told when the window was going to be replaced and two random men turned up with my window in the back of their boot. I was working from home at the time and I was in a meeting when they turned up to fit the new window and once they completed the job, one of the men turned around to me and said 'are we getting paid or what then' the people I was in a meeting heard this. The guy was so unprofessional and I was not told it had to be only cash and when they were turning up to complete the job. They got glue all over the window and windowsill. Will not be using them again.
