We have contacted Congleton Glass on a number of occasions to fix / replace window handles and repair a sliding door. None of the windows or doors were installed by Congleton Glass but they always turn up the same day with a smile on their face and a cheerful and professional attitude and put right all the problems we have. To be honest I’d probably say they are the most helpful and friendly company I’ve used in years. No job is too small for them and when I need any new work completing I’ll be using them for sure because their aftercare is incredible. All the staff are super friendly and a joy to invite into your home. Well done guys!

I required 3 pieces of glass for replacement lids on my aquariums. Congleton glass cut and polished the edge for all 3 pieces and had them ready the same day. Perfect fit and very good value.

Spent £350 to replace 3 new double glazed units in existing frames last year. 2 of the units had new drain holes drilled as water leaking in. Monday, third unit drain hole blocked and water flooded in. Called company and came out and 2 days later had bill for £54 for drilling 2 new drain holes. Asked why when new units fitted last year and got a reply "saying we're a business". Suggest if they wish to keep customers they are consistent and tell them ahead of charging if it is not covered when previously it was undertaken as part of the job
